BROOKOVER FEED YARDS INC.

Brookover Feed Yards Inc. has three commercial feed yard operations — Brookover Feed Yard, Brookover Ranch Feed Yard, and Brookover Feed Yard Scott City — with a combined capacity of over 100,000 head. Its operations, located in Garden City and Scott City, Kansas, are within a 60 mile radius of five major packers.

CUSTOM TECH BLENDS

Custom Tech Blends, Inc, located in Sublette, Kansas, has been servicing the high plains beef and dairy cattle producers with liquid suspension supplements since the early 1990s. We work side by side beef and dairy consultants to custom formulate for individual producers.

BROOKOVER FARMS

Brookover Farms consists of 3,000 acres of center-pivot irrigated farm ground within the sandhills of Brookover Ranch. The operation grows corn, potatoes, wheat, soybeans, alfalfa, rye and triticale for cattle grazing.

Since Earl Brookover drilled one of the first wells in Grant County, Brookover Enterprises — an oil and gas company — has developed long and successful partnerships with many mid-continent states.

SOUTHWIND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

Developed in the 1980s, Southwind was a vision of Earl Brookover’s as a way to develop the Southwest Kansas sandhills into a desirable place to reside. Decades later, Southwind remains an ideal place to live. Southwind Development Company owns the majority of vacant lots and also operates the private water system that provides water to homes in the area.
